Inclement Weather Policy

In any inclement weather conditions, the club remains open unless we lose power. Please use the scanner on the exterior of the door when we are not staffed. The Gym has a no tailgating policy, please make sure everyone scans their own card, do not hold the door for anyone. Staffed hours may change based on the discretion of management. Please make sure you sign up for group fitness classes and kid's club so that you will be notified of any changes.
If Milford and or Norton schools are cancelled:
All morning classes with a start time prior to 12pm are cancelled. By 10am, a decision will be made on the later classes and notices will be sent by email, Facebook and push notification within The GYM app. If classes are cancelled within the app an email will be sent to you.
All Morning kid's club will be cancelled. By 10am a decision will be made on the evening kid's club.Personal Training sessions will be at the discretion of the client.
If Milford and or Norton schools are delayed:
The early, 5:15am classes will be cancelled. Classes with a start time of 7:35 am to 11:00 am will likely be modified. Notices will be sent by email, Facebook and push notification within The GYM app. If classes are cancelled within the app an email will be sent to you.
All Morning kid's club will be cancelled. By 10am a decision will be made on the evening kid's club. Personal Training sessions will be at the discretion of the client.
If the town has no school due to vacation/holiday or if school is not delayed/cancelled:
Every effort will be made to have all classes as scheduled. However, classes and babysitting hours will be up to the management's discretion. If we feel it is best to cancel, we will cancel the class or reservation. If classes are cancelled within the app an email will be sent to you. Please make sure you sign up for any group fitness classes or kid's club so that you will be notified of any changes.
Please use discretion when trying to get into the club during inclement weather, and use caution in the parking lot.
