Styku 3D Body Scanning

Body scanning technologies have become increasingly popular in recent years in the health and fitness industry. While there are several different types of body scanning technologies available, each with their own strengths and weaknesses, Styku has emerged as a leading option for its accuracy, ease of use, and versatility. This article will explore the benefits of Styku 3D body scanning and why you should take advantage of your FREE scans in the club.

Accuracy: One of the primary benefits of Styku is its accuracy. Unlike other technologies that use a single sensor to capture body measurements, Styku uses a network of cameras and sensors to create a 3D model of the body. This allows for more precise measurements, including measurements of body fat percentage, muscle mass, and body composition. Additionally, Styku's software uses advanced algorithms to analyze the data and create a highly accurate model of the body. Stykus body composition prediction models are the result of a core investment into AI and advanced machine learning. As a result, their models are highly correlated with medical grade gold standards, like DEXA. So tracking baseline measurement like circumference measurement like waist, hip and thigh to body fat and muscle growth has never been easier.

Ease of Use: Another benefit of Styku is its ease of use. The scanning process is quick and non-invasive, taking just a few minutes to complete. The subject simply stands on a platform while the cameras and sensors capture the necessary data. Once the scan is compete the trainer can provide easy to decipherer information to their member. Gone are the days of having to have your skin pinched or holding onto unreliable bio impedance machines. The other great benefit is the scan can be done un fasted at any time of day, allowing for greater fixability in testing.

Versatility: Styku is also highly versatile, with applications in a wide range of industries. In the fitness industry, for example, we use Styku in club to track progress and set goals for clients. Utilizing the "fat loss" calculator allows our trainers to set realistic goals based on your scans and results to get you to your desired goals. Our trainers can also provide their clients with scan specific and client specific daily calorie expenditure totals, they can then uses the daily deficit to estimate the maximum caloric intake the client can consume to reach their fat loss goal.

A typical Appointment: We set our appointments in the club for 30 minutes. This provided the trainer with enough time to set clients up in the system, perform the scan and recap all the information Styku provides. So the scans are as accurate as possible we recommend you arrive at the appointment with, Tight/form fitting clothing , the tighter/more form fitting the better. All hair should be tied up into a bun and off the neck. Once the trainer gets you acclimated to the room we leave you to undress and stand on the scanner. Once you follow the prompts the scanner will rotate your body round the tower for 1 minute. When the scanner stops you can put your cloths back on and let us know your finished. The trainer will then come back in the room, enter some of your personal information to set up your account and then provide you with your scan feedback.

Conclusion: In conclusion, Styku 3D body scanning offers several unique benefits over other technologies. Its accuracy, ease of use, and versatility make it an ideal choice for a variety of applications. As body scanning technologies continue to evolve, it is likely that Styku will remain at the forefront of the industry. In the club all members are provided with 2 FREE scans. We recommend the scans are used as early into your new gym experience, whether that be joining the gym, starting a new personal training program, starting a cut phase or bulking phase in your body building program or a switch up in your weekly class participation.
